Prepayment Policy:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The deposit is fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to arrival date.

Notes:

The prices are per night, including buffet breakfast and all taxes.
A complimentary bottle of wine is offered upon arrival.
In the Honeymoon Suite and in the Esperas Suite fresh flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine are offered upon arrival.
Since Esperas Traditional Houses in Santorini is known as an idyllic retreat for couples looking for serenity and romance and is located on a cliff, it is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years old.
Check in time at 14:00 pm - Check out time at 12:00 noon.
Shared transfers available from & to the airport at Euro 35 per couple (one way), from & to the port at Euro 35 per couple (one way).
Outdoor swimming pool, pool bar and deck area (swimming pool towels provided).
Esperas restaurant open from 1 pm to 11 pm at night.
Computer with internet access available and Wi-Fi free of charge available throughout hotel.
Laundry service available.
Twice daily maid service, linen change every two days and daily towels change.
Reception is open 7 days a week from 08:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m., concierge services available.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs:

15 to 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the visitor, then 50% of total cost of the stay is charged.
7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the visitor, then 75% of total cost of the stay is charged.
1 to 6 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the visitor, 100% of the stay is charged.
No-show or departure prior to scheduled departure date, results in 100% of the stay being charged.
